What we collect

We store the emails, flyers, screenshots, PDFs, social posts, and other content you upload or share with Mimri. We also store the details Mimri extracts from that content, such as dates, deadlines, fees, supplies, locations, and related notes.

How we use data

We use this data to run Mimri, show your private to-do list, improve extraction quality, troubleshoot issues, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your data with third-party marketing companies. We may use service providers for hosting, storage, email processing, analytics, crash reporting, and AI extraction. They may process data only to provide those services to Mimri.

Uploaded information

Uploaded content may include personal, household, work, school, team, activity, travel, or schedule information. Only upload content you have the right to use.

Retention and deletion

We keep uploaded content and extracted items while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. Delete requests can be sent to the support contact listed for Mimri in TestFlight or the App Store.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for stored data, but no internet service is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy as Mimri changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
